Haley joined the ROAD to RESOLUTION team in January 2023 as an associate attorney. Initially, she chose to practice family law to help families resolve their conflicts and navigate through emotionally challenging times. After spending time in the courtroom litigating highly contentious family court cases, she realized that the best way for a family to resolve any type of conflict is to work together and for all parties to focus their time on finding a resolution. Haley believes that working collaboratively ensures that the attorneys working the case can focus on the needs of the parties and family members in a way that is not possible through the traditional litigation route. Haley understands that as a family law attorney, it is her responsibility to advocate for her clients, their families, and their futures. She is committed to practicing Collaborative Law and mediation as she believes staying out of court is the best option for divorce and resolving a family-related matter. As a Charlotte native, Haley received her bachelor’s degree in history from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and her Juris Doctor from Elon University School of Law, where she graduated cum laude. During law school, she was an active member of the Family Law Society and Women’s Law Society. In her free time, Haley loves to travel with her husband and spend time outside with her two fur babies, Jeremy and Kyle.
