Toni Price

Senior Paralegal

Toni is a long-time North Carolina Certified Paralegal (NCCP) who began her legal career path as a private investigator. She then worked for 27 years as a paralegal at JMD Law, where she gained experience in all types of litigation, including family law. During that time, she had the privilege of working with one of the founding attorneys of the professional association group Charlotte Collaborative Divorce Professionals. After working exclusively in Collaborative Family Law for over a decade and retiring from JMD Law, Toni sought never to be involved in the unpleasant divorce litigation process again and joined ROAD to RESOLUTION.
Toni brings her many years of Collaborative Family Law experience, along with her inherent and practiced skills of organization, attention to detail, creative problem solving, writing, and thoughtful listening and understanding without judgment. Toni works closely with our clients in gathering, reviewing, and organizing documents and information. Once the resolution and agreements are reached, Toni assists in drafting the individually specific language for each client to be incorporated into their formal legal documents.
In her free time, Toni enjoys live music, travel, cooking, making craft cocktails for friends, and riding curvy mountain roads with her life partner on the back of his motorcycle.
